The Honor Roll has been established as a tribute to and in memory of, those outstanding volunteers who through their leadership, foresight and commitment to the promulgation of the principles and mission of the Pearl Harbor Survivors, to;

"Never Forget" and "Forever Remember Pearl Harbor"
